8. Communications and promotions We may send communications related to the booking. If we send promotions or commercial information, the user can request to stop receiving them at any time by writing to the indicated email.

9. Use of WhatsApp and email By contacting us via WhatsApp or email, the user authorizes the use of these channels to coordinate quotes, bookings, confirmations, and assistance before/during the trip.

10. Third-party links If our site or communications include links to third-party pages (hotels, trains, platforms), this Policy does not cover their practices. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
