On this tour, we will depart very early from Cusco toward Mollepata, where we will enjoy a traditional breakfast before continuing to Soraypampa. From there, a hike begins through stunning Andean landscapes until reaching the impressive turquoise waters of the lake. DAY 1 – Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa – Salkantay – Humantay Lake

DISCOVER THE IMPRESSIVE HUMANTAY LAKE, A HIDDEN TREASURE IN THE ANDES!

Humantay Lake, located at the foot of the Salkantay snow-capped mountain, is a natural gem that captivates with its intense turquoise colors and mountainous surroundings. Very early, we will pick you up from your hotel and travel to Mollepata, where we will enjoy breakfast before continuing to Soraypampa (3,900 m / 12,795 ft). From there, we will begin a hike of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to the lake (4,180 m / 13,713 ft), with the option to rent horses.

At the top, there will be time to admire the scenery, make a small offering to the Apus, and capture the best photographs. Afterwards, we will return to Soraypampa for lunch and then head back to Cusco.
